SHIPPING POLICY.

We want your mat on your desk as fast as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

UK Standard
FREE

3–5 business days. All UK orders. Tracked with Royal Mail or DPD.

UK Express
£4.99

1–2 business days. Order before 2pm GMT. Fully tracked.

Europe
From £7.99

5–10 business days. Tracked to most EU countries. Import duties may apply.

Rest of World
From £9.99

7–14 business days. Tracked worldwide. Local import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us at hello@astromats.store.

UK Consumer Rights

AstroMats operates in full compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days. If your order is confirmed lost, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@astromats.store with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

International Orders and Customs

Orders destined outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs documentation.
