UK Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. UK Express takes 1–2 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. All times are from the point of dispatch, which is usually within 1–2 business days of ordering.

Yes. Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active. If you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Yes. Standard UK delivery is free on all orders with no minimum spend. Express UK delivery is £4.99. International shipping starts from £7.99 for Europe and £9.99 for the rest of the world.

Check your tracking using the link in your dispatch email. If tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, or the estimated delivery window has passed by more than 5 days, contact us at hello@astromats.store with your order number.

We can amend your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@astromats.store with your order number and new address. Once dispatched we cannot redirect parcels.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original unused condition. This exceeds your statutory 14-day right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email hello@astromats.store to start a return.

Once we receive your return we process the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may then take a further 3–10 business days to show the refund in your account.

Email hello@astromats.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We offer mats in 220x180mm, 600x300mm, 700x300mm, 800x300mm, 900x400mm (most popular), and 1000x500mm. Multiple thickness options are available for most sizes. See the product page for the full list with pricing.

AstroMats use a premium micro-woven polyester surface with a hydrophobic coating. The base is high-density natural rubber with a nano-grip texture. Edges are reinforced with stitching to prevent fraying.

Wipe the surface with a damp cloth for light cleaning. For deeper cleaning, hand wash with cold water and mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and air dry flat. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, or use harsh chemicals.

Yes. AstroMats are compatible with all optical and laser mouse sensors across the full DPI range from 400 to 25,600 DPI. The surface texture ensures consistent tracking regardless of sensitivity settings.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments which is PCI DSS compliant.

All prices displayed on astromats.store are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate of 20% where applicable. Your VAT breakdown will be shown on your order confirmation email.

Yes. A VAT receipt is automatically included with your order confirmation email. If you need a formal VAT invoice for business purposes please contact us at hello@astromats.store with your order number and company details.
